The group provides members with a better understanding of heart disease, helps them in their personal heart health management and is a safe place to share personal concerns and insights.

We believe that everyone can benefit and learn from sharing individual experiences and knowledge with others who have been through the same life-changing event.

Heartbeats is recognized & supported by the WDHB Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurses Unit & the Heart Foundation.
